If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Returned in the original packaging where possible

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Send us a quick photo and we’ll sort it — whether that’s a replacement or full refund

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know the outcome.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked service — just to be safe
